Privacy Statement

° Our privacy policy describes our online information practice regarding the information on our website.

We have three main purposes:

° Provide useful information concerning our spa and products, or links to other informative sources on products and other benefical services, and to provide retail information for our clients on our services, and on the spa experience.


° The images and designs found on this website are copyrighted and protected under existing Intellectual Property laws. You can use this website as a convenient alternative to mail or telephone communication, and as a way to view our constantly updated and expanded inventory.


° Our website is also used as an online 24/7 marketing tool for Spa Japonika. If you would like to be added to our HTML newsletter listing, please email our staff.

 


Disclaimer

° Spa Japonika has the following in place for all of our services.
Our staff will ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation, and we require 24-hours notice (52 hours for groups of three or more) for cancellations or to reschedule an appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment in less than 48 hours (72 hours for groups of three or more), a charge for the full appointment service fee will be billed to your credit card.



° Policy pertaining to our salon: Our staff will ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation. We require at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule any salon appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your salon appointment with less than 24-hours notice, 50% of the full service fee will be charged to your credit card.

° Please note that any thermal reconditioning hair treatments must be prepaid at the time we schedule your appointment. Prepayment amounts are non-refundable. We require at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for this service. If you give us at least 24-hours notice, we will be happy to either reschedule the appointment or you may cancel it and use the prepayment amount as a SalonSpa credit. Unfortunately, if you do not give us at least 24-hours notice, your appointment cannot be rescheduled and you cannot cancel the appointment and use the prepayment amount as a SalonSpa credit.

If you are late for an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. In the event that our schedule is full, a modified service will be performed and your service will end at the scheduled time. If you would prefer to reschedule your appointment, we will kindly do so.

Things to remember when you visit
our spa:

> Please leave your cell phones and pagers at home.
If you must bring them, put them on silent mode. The spa is a place of escape for many people and we must respect everyone's need to relax without distractions.

> Children are welcome in our spa if they have an appointment.
They may not accompany you in your service and we cannot watch them while you receive services.

Our Cancellation, Reservation, and Refund Policies:

Late Policy
If you are late for an appointment, a modified service will be performed if time permits and will end at the scheduled time.  However if time does not permit you will be charged 50% of the services selected. 

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours notice on cancelling or rescheduling spa appointments.
If a 24-hour notice is not given, 50% of the price of the service is billed to the client.

Reservation Policy
We require a credit card number or gift certificate number to reserve any spa appointment.

Children are welcome in our spa if they have an appointment. They may not accompany you in your service and we cannot watch them while you receive services.

Refund Policy
No refunds are given. Within 14-days, and with a receipt, products may be exchanged and/or
store credit may be given.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates must be used for products or services, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Certificates expire 180-days from the date of purchase.
