Gift certificates are assigned numbers, please print out your purchase number and keep for your records. Your Spa Japonika gift certificate can be mailed to you, your recipient, or your may pick it up at our store. We're sorry, but gift certificates are not downloadable for at-home printing.

Our Cancellation, Reservation, and Refund Policies:

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours notice on cancelling or rescheduling spa appointments.
If a 24-hour notice is not given, 50% of the price of the service is billed to the client.

Reservation Policy
We require a credit card number or gift certificate number to reserve any spa appointment.

Refund Policy
No refunds are given. Within 14-days, and with a receipt, products may be exchanged and/or
store credit may be given.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates must be used for products or services, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Certificates expire 180-days from the date of purchase.
